Arica Wyche is a Senior Derivatives Analyst at T. Rowe Price, where she applies her expertise in quantitative finance, derivatives, and multi-asset trading. She joined T. Rowe Price as an Investment Fellow, rotating through multiple trading and analytical groups, and has since advanced to managing complex derivatives portfolios and data-driven investment strategies.

Before her finance career, Arica worked as a Chemical Engineer at DTE Energy, contributing to nuclear power plant operations and mechanical/aging management, including supervising shift teams during refueling outages. She also completed internships at Shell, CAMS eSPARC, and PK Clean, focusing on computational modeling, emissions analysis, and chemical process optimization.

Arica holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from MIT and is recognized as a Gates Millennium Scholar and American Chemical Society Scholar.
