Misha Mayeur is a multifaceted artist and community advocate based in New Orleans, Louisiana. As the Director of Storytelling and Communications at the Habitat Recovery Project, she leads initiatives that highlight the narratives of Gulf Coast communities, focusing on environmental justice and cultural preservation. Her work includes organizing workshops on bioconstruction, where participants learn about Indigenous building practices using sustainable materials like clay, straw, and upcycled resources.
